上颌前方牵引矫治骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）的研究进展

Research development of maxillary protraction for skeletal class Ⅲ

骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）是临床上常见的一种错（牙合）畸形,在我国儿童与青少年中的发病率约12.81 ％.现临床上多使用上颌前牵引矫治骨性Ⅲ类错（牙合）,其效果明显,但对于上颌前牵引口内矫治器的选择、支抗的选择、腭中缝扩展的影响、矫治时机及矫治后的稳定性等颇有争议.现就上颌前牵引近几年的最新研究进展进行综述.

Skeletal class Ⅲ is a common clinical malocclusion,the prevalence of class Ⅲ is 12.81% in children and adolescents in our country.Now more clinical treatments using maxillary protraction as a common treatment to skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion,its effect is obvious,but before derterming the correction device and anchorage for maxillary protraction,influence of maxillary expansion,and the timing and the stability after treatment of the controversial,etc.Regarding the maxillary protraction before the latest research progress in recent years were reviewed.
