摘要
针对硅锰合金矿热炉冶炼过程中电极电流过大无法直接测量,而短网参数工程计算值不准导致对供电系统二次侧进行直接计算时存在较大误差的问题,提出一种基于短网压降比的矿热炉供电系统二次侧数据在线计算方法。通过引入短网压降比,显著降低短网参数工程计算误差对二次侧关键参数计算所造成的干扰,并保留冶炼过程中电炉变压器二次侧的三相耦合信息,使得该方法对短网参数计算误差有着较强的适应能力,可提供电极电流、熔池单相功率、单相操作电阻等矿热炉运行过程中的关键参数。仿真结果表明:所提出方法在短网参数工程计算值存在较大误差的情况下仍能将总体计算误差控制在3%以内,其所提供的高精度供电系统二次数据可为矿热炉埋弧冶炼过程的精细控制及冶炼过程优化创造条件。
Considering that electrode current is too high to directly measure and poor result of circuit calculation in terms of precision due to estimate error of system parameters, and it is unpractical to control the submerged smelting process based on the secondary side parameters, a novel method for calculating secondary side parameters in submerged arc silicomanganese furnaces was presented based on the voltage drop ratio in three-phase short net. The results show that by utilizing voltage drop ratio, the proposed method can provide precise secondary side parameters in the case that the system parameters are not well estimated, which can be used to establish high quality control strategy as well as further optimization.
