摘要
本文主要探讨了仁慈领导对乡镇公务员工作绩效的影响作用,同时检验了建言行为的中介作用和组织支持感的调节作用。通过对722名乡镇公务员的调查分析发现:仁慈领导对乡镇公务员工作绩效具有积极影响作用;仁慈领导通过建言行为的中介作用影响乡镇公务员的工作绩效;组织支持感对仁慈领导与建言行为之间的关系具有调节效应;仁慈领导、工作绩效、建言行为、组织支持感之间的关系可以进一步表现为有中介的调节作用模型。
This paper mainly discussed the benevolent leadership influence on township civil servants' job performance, at the same time the study also tested the mediating effect of voice behavior and the moder- ating effect of perceived organizational support. Through the survey of 722 township civil servants, results revealed that benevolent leadership had a significant positive influence on township civil servants' job per- formance. Voice behavior mediated the relation between benevolent leadership and job performance. As a moderator, perceived organizational supported influence the relation between benevolent leadership and voice behavior. The relationship between benevolent leadership, job performance, voice behavior, perceived organizational support can be further characterized by mediated moderation model.
