摘要
主动补偿绞车作为海洋浮式钻井平台的关键设备之一,不仅具备常规的提升下放功能,还具有主动补偿功能,可解决浮式海洋平台升沉运动对钻井作业的影响,保持正常钻进。通过建立补偿绞车分析模型,应用ADAMS软件对补偿系统进行动力学特性分析,获得了主动补偿绞车基于模拟海浪工况的反向试验参数,为提高补偿系统的控制性能、改善系统设计等提供了重要的理论依据。
Active compensation drawworks as one of the key equipment of marine floating drilling platform,not only have regular drawworks lifting down function,also has the function of active compensation,can solve the floating offshore platform heave movement influence on drilling operation,maintain the normal drilling.By compensation drawworks analysis model is established,applying ADAMS software to compensate the drawworks dynamic characteristics analysis,won the drilling drawworks heave compensation.Based on the simulation of the working condition of the waves reverse test parameters,to improve the system design and provides an important basis.
