科技是西藏经济社会发展的引擎。"十二五"以来,西藏科技事业发展取得了很大成就:科技惠民能力逐步得到增强,民生科技含量增量发展;科技创新体系逐步建立健全,制度机制作用显著提升;科技人才队伍整体素质不断提升,人才结构日趋合理。西藏科技事业发展体现了马克思主义的科技主体思想、科技动力思想和科技生态思想,为谱写雪域高原中国梦的新篇章奏响了铿锵旋律,充分演绎了马克思主义科技观的真理性。西藏科技事业发展还有很多制度机制的不足和困境。因此,以马克思主义科技观为指导深入推进西藏科技事业发展,要坚持马克思主义科技动力观,把科技制度体系创新作为西藏科技事业发展的动力源泉;坚持马克思科技主体观,把人民群众共享科技成果作为西藏科技事业发展的目标追求;坚持马克思主义科技生态观,把"绿水青山就是金山银山"作为西藏科技事业发展的价值底色。

Science and technology are the engine of the economic and social development in Tibet. Since the Twelve Five-year Plan initiated, the scientific and technological development in Tibet has made great achievements, which reflect Marxist principle, dynamic and ecological ideas on science and technology, and has proved the truth of Marxist ideas on science and technology. Many difficulties and the lack of institutional mechanisms are the barriers in the development of science and technology in Tibet. Therefore, it is necessary to advance the cause of Tibet＇s science and technology by having Marxist dynamic idea as guidance, and having the scientific and technological system innovation as the source of scientific and technological development in Tibet; to uphold Marxist principle idea on science and technology and pursuing the goal of having the Tibetan people to share the fruits of scientific and technological development; to adhere to Marxist ecological idea on science and technology having the protection of environment and ecology as the fundamental value of Tibet＇s scientific and technological development.
