摘要
十八大以来,西藏自治区党委政府在中央统一部署下,加大了反腐廉政建设力度。西藏如何更好地建设廉洁高效政府,既是一个理论问题也是一个实践问题。文章在机制设计理论、公共选择理论等相关人才选拔任用理论的分析基础上,提出构建一个建设西藏廉洁高效政府的、基于"互联网+评估"的干部选拔任用系统,以便打好廉洁高效政府建设的人才基础,为未来西藏廉洁高效政府建设提供有效路径。
Since the 18th Congress of China's Communist Party, the Party Committee and government of Tibet autonomous region has carried out a wide range of anti-corruption activities for a clean government under the unified deployment of the Party Central Committee. The construction of a corruption free and highly efficient government is a both theoretical and practical issue. On the basis of "internet+evaluation"system for cadre selection and appointment, this article proposes an effective path to construct a clean and efficient government in Tibet by applying mechanism design theory, public choice theory and talent selection theory.
