藏医学人才培养现状调查研究——以西藏某藏医药高校为例 被引量:4

摘要 为了解藏医学人才培养现状,进一步提高藏医学人才培养质量,文章以在藏工作的西藏某藏医药高校藏医学专业本科毕业生1000名为调查对象,采用问卷调查,考察藏医学人才的知识、能力与素质情况,毕业生自身适应岗位知识、能力情况以及学校在课程设置、理论教学、实践(实验)教学等情况。结果显示,藏医学人才培养现状总体情况良好,但在实践动手能力、英语及计算机应用能力等方面需要加强培养。建议藏医药高校应定期修订藏医学专业培养方案,积极开展人才培养模式改革,加强实践教学改革,探索英语及计算机教学改革,不断提高藏医学人才培养质量。 In order to understand the situation of Tibetan medicine talent training, and to further improve the training quality, an investigation on the current situation of Tibetan medicine talent training has been done with 1000 undergraduates, who are Tibetan medicine majored from a Tibetan medicine college, as the object by applying questionnaire survey. The knowledge, capacity and quality of the Tibetan medicine talents, and their post adaptability and post ability together with the curriculum, theory teaching, and practical (experiment) teaching of the college have been carefully good shape at present, but their investigated, and the result shows that: Tibetan medicine talent training is in practical skills, English and computer application ability still need to be improved. This article provides some suggestion for Tibetan medicine colleges and universities, that is: they should regularly update their training program, and actively carry out the reform of talent training mode and strengthen practical teaching as well as English and computer teaching in order to constantly improve the quality of Tibetan medicine talent training.
