摘要
采用CCK-8法检测大米草黄酮对H22肝癌细胞增殖活力的影响,建立小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤模型,观察大米草黄酮对小鼠体内移植瘤生长的影响.结果表明:大米草黄酮能抑制体外培养的小鼠H22肝癌细胞的增殖活力,并能抑制小鼠体内H22肝癌移植瘤的生长,其中大米草黄酮高浓度组(60mg/mL)的抑瘤率达到57.07%.
Effect of the flavonoids from Spartina anglica on proliferation of H22 cells was determined by CCK-8assay.To investigate antitumor effect of flavonoids fromSpartina anglica on cancer xenograft in mice,the H22 transplanted mouse models were established.The flavonoids from Spartinaanglica could inhibit the growth of H22 hepatoma cells cultivated in vitro,and had an antitumor effect on H22 transplanted tumor in mice.As flavonoids fromSpartina anglica concentration was 60mg/mL,inhibitory rate reached 57.07%.
