摘要
通过收集携程攻略社区中关于宏村的3 980条游友在线评论,借助ROST Content Mining软件,采用内容分析法对点评信息展开详细分析,研究结果显示:游客凝视是一个包括动机、凝视和凝视后行为的完整行为过程,并非只是单纯的观看瞬间;游客对宏村的凝视包括时间性凝视和空间性凝视两个层面;游客凝视的后续系列行为包括凝视有形化、评价、建议和重购意向;不同出游类型游客对宏村的凝视存在共性,亦存在差异性.最后基于研究结论初步构建了游客凝视行为模型并对后续研究进行了展望.
Collecting 3 980tourists' online reviews about Hongcun village through Ctrip's Raiders community to analysis the content by Rost content mining software,it is found that the tourist gaze is a complete behavior process,including motivation,gaze and post gaze behavior,but not just a simple watch movement;the tourists' gaze at Hongcun village includes temporal and spatial gaze;gaze visualization、evaluation,suggestion and repurchase intention formulate the post gaze behavior;there are similarities and differences in the gaze among different types of tourists.Finally,based on the findings of the study,a tourist gaze behavior model is preliminarily made with some outlook for the future research.
