钕铁硼永磁体表面化学镀镍钨磷及其耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 采用化学镀的方法在钕铁硼永磁体表面镀镍钨磷三元合金镀层,再利用正置金相显微镜(OM)、线性极化曲线法与电化学阻抗技术研究不同钨含量的镀液、永磁体表面粗糙度和施镀时间对镍钨磷三元合金镀层形貌和耐蚀性的影响.实验结果表明:镀液中钨酸钠含量为20g/L时结合力是最佳,永磁体表面打磨到1000#,施镀时间90min时,镀镍钨磷钕铁硼在3.5%Na Cl溶液中耐蚀性最好. Effects of electroless plating process conditions, such as tungsten content of plating solution, the surface roughness and the plating time were studied by optical microscope (OM), linear polarization curve and electrochemical impedance technology for Ni-W-P coating on permanent magnet. The results indicated that the best electroless plating process conditions for Ni-W-P coating on permanent magnet was the tungsten content equal to 20 g/L, permanent magnet surface polished to 1000 mesh and plating time equal to 90 minutes.
