摘要
对某公司生产的异常横向爆裂的缠绕气瓶样件进行失效分析,利用JSM-6490LA型扫描电子显微镜,GX51型奥林巴斯倒置金相显微镜进行宏观形貌和微观组织检测,SPECTRO MAXx(LMX16)直读光谱仪分析化学成分,WE-B300数显式液压拉力试验机和HR-150A型洛氏硬度计测试力学性能.试验及分析结果表明:筒体异常爆裂是因为爆裂起始部位淬火时冷却速度低,产生一定量的上贝氏体,降低了该部位的强度和沿伸率.加上内部存在夹渣割裂了基体的连续性,降低了材料抗拉强度,最终导致瓶体失效.
This paper aims to examine and analyze a sample of wrapped cylinder's abnormal transverse blasting produces by a company.It uses JSM-6490 LA scanning electron microscope and OLYMPUS GX51 inverted microscope to detect the macroscopic morphology and microstructure. At the same time,it applies SPECTRO MAXx( LMX16) direct reading spectrometer to analyze chemical constituent.Moreover,mechanical properties are also tested by WE-B300 digital hydraulic tensile testing machine and HR-150 A Rockwell Hardness Tester.These experiments and analysis results show that the reason of abnormal cylinder bursting is that the cooling rate is too low when the initiation site is quenching,and this generates a certain amount of upper bainite,which brings down the strength and elongation inthat part.In addition,the existence of slag inclusion inside splits the matrix continuity,and reduces the material tensile intensity,eventually the wrapped cylinder becomes invalid.
