摘要
针对传统小型小麦播种机的缺点,设计了一种播种质量高、速度快、安全可靠、播种成本低、适应不同田间要求、采用电磁振动播种并能有效减少能耗的小型电磁振动式小麦播种机。该机田间作业时,可以将开沟、播种、平土一次完成,大大简化了小麦播种时的生产流程,有利于进一步提高播种效率,解放生产力。为此,介绍了小型电磁振动式小麦播种机的整体构造,分析了小型电磁振动式小麦播种机的工作原理,对配套部分及重要零件利用inventor自带应力分析模块建立了有限元模型。有限元分析的结果表明:小型电磁振动式小麦播种机能够满足工作要求,且各零件满足刚度和强度的要求。经过进一步的改进和研究,此机将在播种小麦方面有较大的发展前景,同时对各种低能耗播种机的研制也具有一定的参考作用。
Aimed at the shortcoming of traditional small wheat seeder, we design a high quality, high speed, safe and re- liable, low cost on sowing seeds, adapting to different requirements, the electromagnetic vibration field planting, can ef- fectively reduce the energy consumption of small electromagnetic vibrating wheat seeder. When the machine works in field, it can finish ditching, seeding, leveling in one time, greatly simplify the production process, improving the efficien- cy of planting and the liberation of productive forces. This paper introduces the overall structure of small electromagnetic vibration type wheat seeding machine. Analysing the small electromagnetic vibration type wheat seeding machine' s working principle. The finite element model is established by using inventor for the matching part and important parts. The results of finite element analysis show that the small electromagnetic vibration type wheat sowing machine can meet the job requirements and each part of the machine meets the requirements of stiffness and strength. After further improve- ment, this machine will have larger development prospects in sowing wheat aspect as well as the development of low ener- gy consumption seeder.
