摘要
在改进前后弹齿滚筒式牧草捡拾器实验台上进行了紫花苜蓿的对比单因素和正交试验,研究了滚筒转速、机器前进速度和牧草含水率对于功率消耗和漏捡率的影响。单因素试验结果表明:滚筒转速、机器前进速度和含水率对功率消耗和漏捡率的影响显著;随着滚筒转速和含水率的增大,功率消耗呈上升趋势,漏捡率呈下降趋势;随着机器前进速度的增加,功率消耗呈上升趋势,漏捡率呈先下降后上升的趋势。正交试验结果表明:改进前后试验台对于功率消耗和漏捡率影响的主次顺序是滚筒转速、机器前进速度和含水率。采用综合平衡法最终得到改进前后试验台的最优组合。
Alfalfa pickup tests were carried on Test bench of Spring-Finger Cylinder Pickup Collector before and after modification. The impact of the roller speed, forage machine speed, moisture content on power consumption and the leakage rate of picking up was studied. The result of single factor tests showed that the impact of Roller speed, machine forward speed and moisture content on power consumption and leakage rate were significant. With the increase of the roll- er speed and moisture content, the power consumption increases and the leakage rate decreases. With the increase of the speed of the machine, the power consumption increases and the leakage rate decreases. The result of orthogonal tests showed that the impact of the order on power consumption and leakage rate was the roller speed, machine forward speed and moisture content. The optimal work parameters combination of pickup device before and after modification is reached by using the comprehensive balance method. The performance of the pickup device after modification is better than that of the former.
