摘要
通过对现有果园修剪枝条的处理方式和当下的国家政策进行调查,总结枝条就地还田技术的发展意义。利用AIP软件建模,对3ZF-160型果园枝条就地处理机的刀筒结构尺寸进行设计,将刀筒模型导入ANSYS Workbench分析软件中,对刀筒进行模态分析,得到刀筒的前6阶固有频率和振型云图。结果表明:刀筒的结构设计合理,不会产生共振,能够为结构设计和整机优化提供参考。
According to the existing approach of pruning branches and the national policy, this paper summarizes the sig- nificance that branches are used in the field directly. The tube structure modeling of 3ZF-160 type orchard branches is obtained by AIP software, which was imported through ANSYS Workbench to build the model modal analysis, cutting tube modal frequencies and mode shapes cloud. The results showed that cutting tube with reasonable structure designing will not resonate. And it lays the foundation and provides a design. reference for the analysis of dynamic and subsequent optimal
