摘要
工业大麻切割部件是收割过程中关键的部件,为了改善工业大麻茎秆切割器切割的质量及提高刀片的使用寿命。通过分析往复式切割部件的工作特性,结合工业大麻收割的条件要求,确定了切割部件的尺寸参数。同时,利用三维实体建模软件Creo建立切割部件模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行显示动力学分析,对切断过程进行仿真分析,为工业大麻切割部件结构参数的优化设计提供了依据。
Industrial hemp cutting parts are key components in the process of harvest. In order to improve the cutting quality of industrial hemp stern and prolong the life of blade, we analyze the operating characteristics of reciprocating cutting parts with ANSYS simulation software. By determining industrial hemp harvest requirements, we build 3D mold with CREO software. The mold is imported in the finite element analysis software ANSYS with dynamic analysis. For optimi- zing the design of the structural parameters of industrial hemp cutting blade, the simulation analysis was carried out dur- ing the cutting process. The analysis showed that larger strain capacity was produced only in the cut with other parts basically no strain when cutting hemp stalks, thus its vertical degree can be guaranteed and that the cutter can cut off hemp stalks one-time and the cutting effect was good enough, leaving no rips or openings on stalks.
