摘要
采用开沟播种的多粒穴播机的成穴性好坏由排种器一次排种数量和谷子在下落时的各种因素所决定。其中,有些因素属于随机不可控因素,多粒种子在种沟内的分布情况无法确定,因此如何衡量其成穴性和穴距的测量,以考核播种机的性能就是一个无法回避的问题。目前,国家有单粒穴播性能测定标准,但尚未有多粒穴播测定标准。为此,根据农艺专家对谷子多粒穴播的性能要求,对2BXQ-6型谷子播种机播种的穴孔尺寸(种群纵向长度)、穴粒数,穴距,进行了界定。本文运用数理统计中的聚类分析并结合专业统计软件SPSS对播种数据样本进行分析,以此来判别多粒穴播性能,并提出一种关于多粒穴播的成穴性能的检测方法。
The quality of the hole forming of hill-drop drill which adopts ditching sowing is determined by the number of seeds released by the seed metering device at once and a variety of factors in the whereabouts of millet. Some factors are uncontrollable factors, the distribution of seeds in the seed ditch cannot be determined. Therefore, if we want to assess the performance of the seeding machine, there is a problem that can not be avoided, that is, how to measure the point formation and hole distance. At present, there is a national standard determination of single grain seeding performance, but not have multi grain bunch planting determination standard. In this paper, the hole size (seed group longitudinal length) ,the number of points, and the distance of the points of the 2BXQ-6 type millet sowing machine were defined, and the basis for determination is according to the performance requirements of agricultural expert on millet multi grain bunch planting. In this paper, the sowing data samples were analyzed by using the cluster analysis in mathematical statis- tics and combining with the professional statistical software, and according to the analysis results to determine the performance of multi grain planting and put forward a detection method about hole forming performance of multi grain seed.
