摘要
为提高设施温室内草莓栽培种植密度和棚室空间利用率,设计了一种平滑式移动栽培架。首先对总体设计要求进行阐述,在此基础上提出总体设计方案,然后对该装置的关键部件进行选型、设计与分析,最后对样机开展台架试验研究。结果表明:该移动架总成能实现多组架体单元同时左右平动,各项参数达到设计要求,操作简单,省力轻便,能够满足草莓栽培生产实际需求。
In order to improve the planting density of strawberry cultivation and the utilization rate of the space in the greenhouse, a moving cultivation frame was designed. First, the overall design requirements were described, on the basis of this, the overall design scheme was proposed. Then the key components of the device were selected, designed and an- alyzed. At last, the experiment of the prototype was carried out. The results show that the whole moving cultivation frame can realize the movement of multiple frame units at the same time, the parameters have reached the mechanical requirements. It is easy to use and labor-saving, can meet the production requirements of strawberry cultivation.
