一种双气道的气吸式棉花排种器的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍一种具有双气道的气吸式棉花排种器,通过开闭两条气道中的一条或同时开启两条气道,可以在1~3粒的穴播粒数之间快速调整;通过测量不同品种棉花种子的三维尺寸确定排种盘的尺寸;根据影响排种器性能和效率的主要因素在实验室进行台架试验,得出该气吸式棉花排种器在排种盘吸种孔直径为3mm、转速为3 0 r/min及真空度为4.5 k Pa时使用效果较好的结论 。 Introduce a kind of double air-way suction cotton seeder, through open one of air-way or both of them at the same time, it can rapid adjust grain number from one to three. By measuring the three dimensions size of different varieties of cotton seeds, we determine the size of the metering plate ; According to the main factors that influence the perform- ance and efficiency of seed-metering device, we had a test in the laboratory, according to the test data, it is concluded that the air suction cotton seeder is be used better when diameter of suction hole is 3 mm, rotational speed is 30 r/min and vacuum degree is 4.5 kPa.
