摘要
玉米是我国主要农作物之一,其生产效率与生产质量的好坏,直接关系着我国粮食安全。传统的玉米芽种机械播种方式,生产成本虽低,但无法实现高效率全自动大面积玉米播种或者套种的实际需求。为此,采取室内试验的方法,选取了我国北方某农业大省玉米作物生产作物为研究对象,进行试验研究。现阶段,关于玉米精密排种器的相关研究,集中体现在排种器相关物理机械性能上,包括机械的设计及机械性能的检测等。在试验方法的选择上,国内行业内现有高速摄像检测方法、虚拟仪器检测方法及图像处理检测等。本文在这里重点运用了高速摄像检测技术。
Corn is one of the main crops in our country, the production efficiency and the production quality is good or bad is directly related to the food security in China. Traditional maize bud mechanical seeding method, production cost is relatively low, unable to realize high efficiency automatic large area of maize seeding and interplanting of actual demand. This study, mainly to take indoor test method, selected in the north of our country agricultural big province corn crop pro- duction crop research object. At this stage, on corn precision metering device related research, embody a concentrated re- flection of in a row which is related to the physical and mechanical properties, including design and testing. Relating to the performance test. The method mainly comprises a high-speed camera detection method, detection method of virtual instru- ment, photoelectric effect detection method, image processing method to detect and stroboscopic photography detection method or is directly observed detection.
