摘要
科学教育改革要求科学的教学方式,与之适应的教师专业进修也需要作重大改变,PCK发展研究为构建青年教师专业发展模式提供了依据。PCK构建有助于提升商务英语青年教师的专业性业务能力与教学效能,通过对PCK不同子要素进行研究,从学科知识、学生知识和教学策略知识等途径提升商英教师的学科教学能力,不仅能够促进青年教师的职业能力发展,而且能够帮助他们在特定的教学情境中融合不同知识,切实提高教学效果,有助于在实际教学中提升教师的学科教学知识与综合素养。
The science-oriented teching methodology caters to the scientific educationl reform, which also appeals to updated changes to adapt to teachers' professional learning. The research 'of PCK development provides a basis for the construction Of young teachers' professional development model, which contributes to the expertise and teaching effect. By studying the different subfactors of PCK, it would improve the pedagogical content competent of business English teachers from pedagogical knowledge, student knowledge and teaching strategy knowledge, which can not only promote the development of young teachers' professional competence, but help them to fuse different knowledge under the specific teaching situations, as well as to enhance teaching effect and promote the comprehensive quality of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in the actual teaching.
