新经济形势下的高校应用型外语人才培养模式探究

On the Training Mode of Applied Foreign Languages Talents in Universities under the New Economic Circumstances

随着全球化经济的不断发展,国家各项经济政策深入实施,各领域对人才的需求呈现多元化的趋势,具有扎实实践技能的"应用型人才"的需求日益加大,特别是能与地方经济发展相适应的应用型外语人才尤为重要。本文在介绍应用型人才特征的基础上,结合市场人才需求,分析当前外语人才培养模式存在的弊端和不足;并从转变教育观念,改变外语课堂教学模式,加强课程体系和实践教学几个方面,探索能适应地方经济发展需求下的应用型外语人才的培养模式。

With the continuous development of economic globalization, and the thorough implementation of national economic policies, there＇s a trend of diversified demand for talents in various fields and the increasing demand for ＂application-oriented talents＂ with solid practical skills, in particular the applied English talents that accommodate local economic development. By introducing the characteristics of application-oriented talents associated with the market demand for talents, this article analyzes the existing disadvantages of the current training mode for foreign languages talents. Through changing educational concept, transforming foreign languages class teaching mode, improving the curriculum system and practical teaching, this article manages to explore the training mode of applied foreign languages talents aimed at meeting the requirement of local economic development.
