摘要
高校职业发展与就业指导课程面临着诸多现实困境。建构主义关于课程改革理念、课程目标确立、课程内容选择、现代教学观念、师生关系等方面的观点对于职业发展与就业指导课程改革产生了实质性的影响,使其具有开放性、探究性和创设性。建构取向的职业发展与就业指导课程改革策略包括探索基于培养学生职业核心竞争力的课程内容设计和教学组织模式,以及促进学生有效自主学习和问题解决的专业化师资队伍培养模式等。
The Career Develop and Employment Guidance Courses in University is facing a lot of difficul- ties. Views of Constructivism on the ideas of curriculum reform, the establishment of curriculum objec- tives, the choice of course content, modern teaching concept, relationship between teachers and students for career development and employment guidance curriculum reform produce a substantial impact, which make the curriculum open, inquiry and creative. The career development and employment guidance curriculum reform strategies which is constructive orientation include the curriculum design and teaching organization mode to training students' professional core competitiveness, and professional teachers training mode which promotes students' effective autonomous learning and problem solving.
