The Career Develop and Employment Guidance Courses in University is facing a lot of difficul- ties. Views of Constructivism on the ideas of curriculum reform, the establishment of curriculum objec- tives, the choice of course content, modern teaching concept, relationship between teachers and students for career development and employment guidance curriculum reform produce a substantial impact, which make the curriculum open, inquiry and creative. The career development and employment guidance curriculum reform strategies which is constructive orientation include the curriculum design and teaching organization mode to training students＇ professional core competitiveness, and professional teachers training mode which promotes students＇ effective autonomous learning and problem solving.
