摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对产自青海果洛州的暗紫贝母中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Ca、K、Na、Mg、Cd共9种金属元素进行了分析测定.在选定的测定条件下,青海暗紫贝母中各元素间相互干扰小,对测定结果无明显影响.方法的校准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9973~0.9999),方法回收率在97.00%~102.00%之间(n=7),RSD值(n=7)在0.17%~1.43%之间.青海暗紫贝母中Ca、K、Na、Mg含量较高,研究结果为合理开发暗紫贝母资源提供科学依据.
The analyzation of Cu, Zn, Fe, and Mn, Ca, K, Na, Mg, and Cd in F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia produced by guoluo Prefecture in Qinghai province though Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS). There is no obvious effect that the interaction between elements in F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia at selected conditions. The calibration curve linearity of the method is good (r=0. 9973-0. 9999) , recovery rates between97.00%- 102.00% (n = 7). The contents of Ca, k, Na, Mg of F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia produced in Qinghai province is higher, which research results provides scientific basis for the rational development of F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia .
