摘要 目前盆式绝缘子损伤检测方法为被动式,且存在漏检现象。提出了一种基于Lamb波的主动激励式盆式绝缘子损伤检测系统的设计方案。该系统通过粘贴在盆式绝缘子表面的压电元件激发Lamb波,利用Lamb波在盆式绝缘子内部传播过程中遇到损伤时传播特性会发生改变的特征,通过差值法和阈值判断法对接收端的Lamb波分析处理判断出盆式绝缘子内部损伤状况。试验结果表明所设计的系统能够准确的检测出微小损伤并确定损伤区域,具有良好的应用前景。 At present the methods for detecting the basin insulator damage are passive,and there exists a phenome-non of missing. This paper presents a scheme based on anactive excitation type system of Lamb wave for the insula-tor damage detection. The system generates Lamb wave by exciting the piezoelectrics pasted on the basin insulatorsurface. When detecting the damage,Lamb wave will change its propagation property in the basin insulator. Usingthe difference method and the threshold detection method to analyze the property at the receiving end,the internaldamage can be determined. The experimental results show that the designed system can accurately detect the tinydamage and identify the damage area as well,which has a good application prospect.
