Discussion of the Engineering Safety Condition in Oil Tanker Area

安全风险是大型油库建成投用运行中存在的主要风险。本论文主要研究油品罐区工程建成后存在的安全风险。分析了原油储运过程中发生安全事故的危险性和危险因素,主要工艺过程和设备存在的危险有害因素。论证了项目建成后安全风险,进一步在建设工艺和设备、储存过程配套和辅助工程等方面提出设计和投用后的安全对策措施。

Safety risk is the main risk in the oil putting-in-service of large-scale of finished oil stock. This paper mainly studies the security risks after the completion of the oil tank project and analyzes the danger and risk factors of safety accidents occurred in the process of oil storage and transportation, besides, also discusses the main process and existing danger and harmful factors for equipment. Furthermore, it demonstrates the risk after the completion of project and puts forward the safety countermeasures of design and putting-in-service in the aspects of construction process and equipment, supporting equipment for storage process and auxiliary engineering etc.
