摘要
本文利用日本理学公司推出的带微区分析功能的ZSX PrimusⅡ型X射线荧光光谱仪对事先选定的几个矿石样品进行微区分析,通过事先建立的定性分析方法,得到了矿石测量点的化学成分含量,为岩矿鉴定工作提供一种快速、便捷的分析方法和辅助手段。
In this paper, it makes use of the ZSX Primus type of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with micro zone analysis function launched by Japan Rigaka to take micro zone analysis of the several selected ore samples, besides, through the pre-established qualitative analysis methods, we got the chemical composition content of ore measurement point, which provides a rapid and convenient analysis method and auxiliary means for rock-mineral determination work.
