石油钻井工程中防漏堵漏工艺的研究

Study of the Leakage Prevention and Stoppage Technology in the Petroleum Drilling Project

伴随着经济的发展和科学技术的不断进步,我国石油钻井项目呈现出高速发展的态势,无论是技术工艺流程,还是工艺效果,都有了非常显著的提高,但是,在工程项目中还存在一些亟待解决的问题,防漏堵漏仍然至关重要。本文以Bsk-24X井漏案例分析入手,对石油钻井工程中井漏原因进行了简要分析,并从泥浆施工、钻井施工以及堵漏技术三方面对石油钻井工程防漏堵漏工艺的运行措施展开了讨论,旨在为技术管理人员提供有价值的参考建议。

With the development of economy and the increasing progress of science and technology, China＇s petroleum drilling project shows a tendency of rapid development, no matter for the technological process or process effect, there are significant improvement, however, forthe projects, there are still some problems needing to be solved, so the leakage prevention and stoppage is still very important. Based onthe analysis of Bsk-24x well leakage case, this paper takes brief analysis of the well leakage reasons for petroleum drilling engineering and take discussion of the operation of petroleum drilling engineering leakage prevention and stoppage technology from the three aspects of mud construction, well drilling construction and leakage stoppage technology so that to provide the valuable reference for the technicalmanagement personnel.
