摘要
本文通过能谱分析确定了失效的热辐射板材质为304不锈钢,在800℃、1000℃和1200℃下模拟其在高温下的使用的情况,并采用XRD对氧化物的物相进行分析。结果显示失效的热辐射板氧化物和1000℃灼烧的氧化物物相完全一致,分析认为热辐射板的失效为使用温度超高所致。对损坏过程分析认为其使用温度不宜长时间超过800℃。
Based on the energy spectrum analysis, this paper confirms the texture of failed thermal radiation panel is 304 stainless steel, besides, it simulates its service situation under the high temperatures of 800℃, 1000℃ and 1200℃ and adopting XRD to take analysis of the phase of oxide. Results show that the failed thermal radiation panel oxide is completely same with the 1000 ℃ cauterant oxide phase and analysis result shows that the failure of thermal radiation panel is caused by the ultra high temperature. For the damage process, the analysis result shows that its operating temperature should be less than 800℃.
