氟核磁法测定聚醚多元醇伯仲羟基含量的研究

摘要 将聚醚多元醇用三氟醋酸酐(TFA)酰化,利用19F-NMR法测定聚醚多元醇中伯羟基的含量。对酰化处理实验条件进行了选择试验。实验结果表明,采用三氯甲烷作为溶剂,以5倍量的三氟醋酸酐对聚醚多元醇进行酰化1h,可保证完全酰化,且准确度、精密度和重复性好。 The polyether polyol was acylated with trifluoroacetic anhydride (TFA). The content of primary hydroxyl in polyether polyols was determined by 19F-NMR. The experimental conditions of acylation treatment were selected. The results showed that the acylation of polyether polyols with trifluoroacetic anhydride for I h with chloroform as solvent could ensure complete acylation. Furthermore, the accuracy, precision and reproducibility were good.
