摘要
在对高校教师的人性假设分析的基础上,将激励理论运用于高校教师管理中,树立"以师为本"的教师管理理念,构建有效的激励机制,建立客观、公平的教师考评体系,是激发高校教师工作积极性和创造性的保障,对提高学校的整体管理水平具有促进作用,是高校教师管理取得实效性的组织保障和制度保障。
