汽车服务工程专业应用型人才培养体系研究

Research on Cultivation System for Application-oriented Talents of Automotive Service Engineering

针对汽车服务人才需求,结合三江学院应用型人才培养目标,论述汽车服务工程专业定位。通过分析汽车服务工程应用型人才培养过程中的问题,构建以"服务面向"、"工程能力背景"及"创新创业背景"、"教学做合一"及"过程考核"为特征的汽车服务工程应用型人才培养体系。经过实践证明,重构的应用型人才培养体系适应汽车服务工程专业人才教育和社会发展需求,能为地方本科院校应用型人才培养改革提供理论参考。

Aiming at needs for automobile service talents and combi- ning the application-oriented personnel training target at Sanjiang University, this paper discusses the orientation of Automobile Ser- vice Engineering. After analyzing the problems of the application- oriented personnel training process of Automobile Service Enginee- ring, an application-oriented personnel training system of Automo- bile Service Engineering is established, featured with Facing Service, Background of Engineering Ability, Background of Creation and Business Starting, Combination of Teaching, Learning and Applying as well as Procedural Evaluation. It has been proved that the refac- toting of application-oriented personnel training system suits the needs for Automobile Service Engineering personnel training and so- cial development and provides theory for the reform Of application- oriented personnel training system to local universities.
