摘要
基于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学旁听环境专业课程Water Quality的经历,比较中美环境类课程课堂教学中所采用的主要方法。我国环境专业教育起步较晚,但环境教育理念与美国一致,美国高校本科教学基于以学生为本的教育理念,其课堂教学中的不少有益方法,可为我国教学改革提供启示和借鉴,为我国高校教师课堂教学实践提供参考。
Based on the attendance experience of the course Water Quality in Virginia Tech University, the different teaching method of undergraduate courses of Environmental specialty between China and USA was compared. Though Environmental specialty Education started later in China, the Education Philosophy was same as that of USA. However, it can be found that, Undergraduate Education of American University is student-centered. Many valuable teaching methods can give inspiration and idea to the reform of teaching me- thods in China, which will further the development of undergraduate education. Some suggestion was put forward as reference for tea- chers in practices of classroom teaching.
