摘要 针对在甘蔗机械化收获田间转运、公路运输、糖厂卸蔗运输系统中存在车辆配置和调度不合理现象,严重影响甘蔗机械化生产发展的问题,以湛江农垦广前公司为实例,运用非线性规划建立优化模型,并通过ExtendSim软件进行模拟研究。结果表明:运输系统优化后,在节约运输车辆投资、降低运输成本及缩短榨季时间方面取得了很好的效果,有利于促进甘蔗机械化收获的发展。 In order to settle the current problems in sugarcane mechanic field transportation, road transportation and discharge at sugar refinery mill system, such as unreasonable scheduling and vehicle configuration, and serious affect the development of sugarcane mechanization, taking Guangqian company of Zhanjiang state farms as an example, building optimization model with non-linear programming, and simulating by extend Sim software. After the logistics system optimized, the results show, it achieved good results in saving transport vehicle investment, reduce transport costs and shorten the sugar harvest time,and promoting the development of mechanization of sugarcane harvesting.
