圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机的设计

Design of Disc-roller Residual Film Recycling Machine

针对边膜回收较难的问题,设计了一种圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机。阐述了该机具的工作原理和设计方案,并对圆盘扎辊式残膜回收机具中圆盘和拾膜杆齿等主要部件进行了设计,确定了拾膜杆齿的排列方式和运动轨迹方程。对机具进行试验表明,该机具的净回收率为80%以上。

In this paper, we design a kind of recovery equipment of the disc roller type residual film. The working prin- ciple and design scheme of the recycling machine are described. The design of the main components of the disc and pick - up rod in the recovery equipment for the disc roller type residual film is designed. The arrangement mode and the mo- tion track equation of the pick-up rod are determined. Test equipment to show that the net recovery of the machine is more than 80%.
