摘要
针对现有甘蔗地深松犁牵引阻力大的问题,通过试验分析优化对深松犁综合性能影响较大的角度因素—犁柄倾角、入土角、入土隙角。采用二次通用旋转组合试验,建立了关键角度参数与牵引阻力之间的数学模型,对试验数据进行通径分析和响应面分析。在保证深松犁作业性能的前提下,确定了犁柄倾角为33°、入土角为25°、入土隙角为6°时为最优的参数组合。田间检验试验结果表明:优化后的深松犁深松性能良好,牵引阻力较低,满足甘蔗地深松技术要求。研究结果可为进一步优化甘蔗地深松机整体性能提供理论依据和数据参考。
Aim at the existing problems that the traction resistance of Sub-soiling plough used in sugarcane is large, opti- mize the angle parameter which have great impact on the Sub-soiling plough' s comprehensive performance through experiment analysis: inclination angle, penetration angle, penetration clearance angle. The mathematical model between the key angle parameters and the traction resistance was established by the quadratic universal rotary assembly experiment. , and the path and response surface analysis were carried out. Under the premise of ensuring the working performance of the deep loose plough, choose the :inclination angle is 33° ,penetration angle is 25°, penetration clearance angle is 6°as the optimal parameter combination . Field experiment showed that the optimized sub-soiling plough has good performance and low traction resistance, which can meet the technical requirements of the sugarcane field. The research results can provide theoretical basis and data reference for further optimization of the overall performance of sugar- cane subsoiler.
