摘要
设计了一种适用于立式椰子剥衣机的自动控制系统,该系统可使立式剥衣机实现自动化运行,提高了生产效率。在分析立式椰子剥衣机的整体结构以及工作原理的基础上,针对该款剥衣机操控繁琐、自动化程度低的问题,以PLC作为核心控制模块,综合运用系统硬件、软件设计原理设计出一套适用于立式椰子剥衣机的自动控制系统。结果表明:该控制系统运行稳定,可使立式剥衣机的平均剥衣速度提高200%,平均剥衣破损率降低60%。
In this paper, we design the suitable for vertical coconut shell dryer automatic control system. The system can realize automation operation of vertical stripped machine to improve the production efficiency. Based on the analysis of vertical integral structure and working principle of coconut shell dryer, in view of the strip dryer control, low degree of automation of the complicated issues, this study USES PLC as the control core module, integrated use of the system hard- ware and software design principle to design a set of control vertical coconut shell dryer used for the automatic control system. Results show that the control system runs stably, which can make the average vertical strip dryer stripped speed increased by 200% , the average stripped damage rate reduced by 60%.
