舒适护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者负性情绪及并发症的影响

The Effects of Comfortable Nursing on Negative Emotion and Complication of Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy in Hemodialysis

目的探讨舒适护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者负性情绪及并发症的影响。方法将94例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用舒适护理。比较两组患者的负性情绪评分及并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理能有效改善糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的负性情绪,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on negative emotion and complication of patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis. Methods 94 patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comfortable nursing on this basis. The negative emotion score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group patients were notably lower than those in control group（P〈0.01）. The complication rate in the observation group patients was apparently lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing can efficiently improve the negative emotion and reduce complications.
