中药浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变240例

Medicated Bath Foot Treatment in 240 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neu-ropathy

目的探讨中药浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选择2004年1月—2014年1月该科应用中药浴足配合营养神经、抗氧化应激治疗240例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,与单纯营养神经、抗氧化应激治疗的240例患者对照观察,4个疗程后进行两组疗效对比。结果其中治疗组显效72例,有效132例,无效36例,有效率85.0%;而对照组显效48例,有效102例,无效90例,总有效率62.5%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果显示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药浴足治疗糖尿病周围神经的疗效肯定,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变非常有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From January 2004 to January 2014 of application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath with nerve nutrition, antioxidant treatment of 240 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with simple nerve nutrition, anti oxidative stress treatment of 240 patients were observed after 4 courses of treatment were compared in two groups in our hospital. Results The treatment results group 72 cases, effective 132 cases, invalid 36 cases, efficiency of85.0%; while the control group was 48 cases, 102 cases were effective, 90 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 62.5%.the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. The results showed that the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion The curative effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy treatment is very effective
