中药复方治疗肾病综合征患者的临床观察

Clinical observation of Chinese herbal compound prescription in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

目的观察中药复方联合西药治疗肾病综合征患者的临床疗效。方法 50例肾病综合征患者,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规治疗肾病综合征药物,试验组在对照组基础上采用口服中药复方。观察两组临床疗效。结果两组在用药6个疗程后血浆白蛋白和24 h尿蛋白情况均明显好于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率(88%)明显高于对照组(64%)(P<0.05)。结论中药复方联合西药治疗肾病综合征疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect by Chinese herbal compound prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods A total of 50 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided by envelop method into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug for nephrotic syndrome, and the experimental group received additional Chinese herbal compound prescription by oral administration. Clinical effects were observed in both groups. Results After 6 medication courses, both groups had all better plasma albumin and 24 h urine protein than those before treatment, and the experimental group had better index than that control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had much higher total effective rate（88%） than the control group（64%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese herbal compound prescription and Western medicine provides definite curative effect in treating nephrotic syndrome, and it is worth clinical promotion.
