艾灸配合辨证施膳指导治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会

Nursing experience of moxibustion combined with differentiation catering in guiding protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treatment

目的研究总结腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗过程中应用艾灸配合辨证施膳指导治疗的护理体会。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与中医干预组,各40例。对照组患者接受腰椎间盘突出症疾病基础治疗与常规护理措施,中医干预组在对照组常规护理基础上接受中医特色护理服务,包括艾灸配合辨证施膳指导护理等,观察两组患者满意度及护理干预效果。结果对照组患者满意度为72.5%,明显低于中医干预组的92.5%(P<0.05)。对照组护理干预总有效率为62.5%,明显低于中医干预组的90.0%(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,辨证性实施穴位艾灸治疗,护士做好膳食指导,可使大部分患者对服务表示满意且临床护理干预效果较好。

Objective To research and summarize nursing experience of moxibustion combined with differentiation catering in treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 80 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy and nursing for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group received additional featured nursing, including moxibustion combined with differentiation catering. Observation was made on satisfaction degree and nursing intervention effect in both groups. Results The control group had much lower satisfaction degree as 72.5% than 92.5% in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group（P〈0.05）. The control group had total effective rate of nursing intervention as 62.5%, which was obviously lower than 90.0% in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of moxibustion by differentiation and catering guidance for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patients can provide major satisfaction for patients, along with excellent clinical nursing intervention effect.
