PPH联合地奥司明治疗环状痔的护理效果观察

Observation of nursing effect by PPH combined with diosmin in the treatment of circular hemorrhoid

目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)联合地奥司明治疗环状痔的护理效果。方法 41例行PPH联合地奥司明治疗的环状痔患者进行精心护理,内容包括:术前准备、心理护理、病情观察、疼痛护理、创面护理、排便护理、并发症预防、饮食指导,对比护理前后的满意度。结果 35例患者顺利愈合,6例患者出现疼痛、出血或(伴)肛缘水肿,经过相关对症处理后症状消失;且护理后患者满意率从70.73%提升至100.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好PPH联合地奥司明治疗环状痔术的护理,可减少术后并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate nursing effect by procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） combined with diosmin in the treatment of circular hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 41 circular hemorrhoid patients received PPH combined with diosmin for treatment and careful nursing, including preoperative preparation, psychological nursing, disease observation, pain nursing, wound nursing, defecation nursing, complications prevention, and diet guidance. Satisfaction degree was compared before and after nursing. Results All 35 patients were successfully healed, along with 6 ases with pain, hemorrhage or（and） anal verge edema and they were relieved by symptomatic treatment. After nursing, satisfaction degree increased from 70.73% to 100.00%, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thorough nursing during PPH combined with diosmin for treating circular hemorrhoid can decrease postoperative complications, relieve pain and increase satisfaction degree in patients.
