中医辨证疗法治疗高血压的疗效观察及临床评估

Curative effect observation and clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy in treating hypertension

目的探讨中医辨证疗法治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法 120例高血压患者,按治疗方法不同分为常规组和中医组,各60例。常规组采用西医常规降压治疗,中医组在常规组基础上采用中医辨证疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后血压情况、生活质量水平及药物不良反应发生率。结果中医组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于常规组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后中医组血压情况和生活质量水平显著优于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证疗法治疗高血压的疗效确切,可有效改善患者血压,提升其生活质量,无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy in the treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 120 hypertension patients were divided by different treatment measures into conventional group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 60 cases in each group. The conventional group received western medicine for antihypertensive therapy, and the traditional Chinese medicine group received additional traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy. Comparison was made on curative effects, blood pressure before and after treatment, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The traditional Chinese medicine group had higher total effective rate as 93.33% than 80.00% in the conventional group（P〈0.05）, and its blood pressure and quality of life after treatment were all better than the conventional group（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy shows precisely curative effect for hypertension. This method can effectively improve blood pressure and quality of life in patients without severe adverse reactions. It is safe and effective, and it is worth referring.
