妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产术后护理效果分析

Analysis of postoperative nursing of cesarean section in gestational diabetes mellitus patients

目的:观察并分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者行剖宫产术分娩的术后护理方法及效果。方法:选取我院收治的58例GDM患者为研究对象,所有患者均采取剖宫产术的分娩方式,并在术后对其展开心理、血糖监测、饮食、用药等综合护理干预,统计并评价本组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素用量以及SAS评分与护理前相比发生显著下降,ADL评分则显著高于护理前,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于行剖宫产术分娩的GDM患者而言,通过在术后对其展开综合护理干预,可有效改善患者的血糖水平及心理状态,充分促进其生活质量的提高,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective：To observe and analyze the nursing methods and effects of postpartum cesarean section in gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）patients after delivery.Methods：Select our hospital of 58 patients with GDM as the research object,all patients taking cesarean section delivery mode,and the case for the psychological after surgery,blood sugar monitoring,diet,medication and other comprehensive nursing intervention.Statistics and evaluate the patients nursing effect.Results：After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2hpostprandial blood glucose,insulin consumption and SAS score of the patients were significantly decreased compared with those before the nursing.The ADL score was significantly higher than before nursing,P 〈0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion：For GDM patients who underwent cesarean section delivery,comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the blood glucose level and psychological state of the patients,and promote the improvement of their quality of life,which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
