电气工程板坯连铸模具凝固壳壁厚度的特点

摘要 减少连铸过程中外壳漏钢现象的关键是控制模具壳厚度。在凝固板坯模具上用流体的体积(VOF)和焓值孔隙度模型进行了湍流流动和传热的数值模拟,其强调流动在纵向壳厚度分布和横向方向上的影响。其结果表明,射流在窄面施加较强的冲击,将导致在一定的范围冲击点附近的壳厚度零增加现象。最薄的壳上板的横截面,主要定位在狭窄面的中心,其次是近宽面的拐角处。喷嘴优化可以明显提高蛋壳厚度,并使其更均匀。
