云南边境村民公共文化供给差异分析

Analysis on the Public Culture Supply Difference of Border Villagers in Yunnan

伴随着经济社会的迅猛发展,建设和发展公共文化、保障农民群众的文化权益是我国当前和今后的一项长期任务和目标[1]。政府在公共文化服务体系建设中始终处于核心地位,应该对全局工作的开展进行整体规划和过程引领。本研究首先深入分析了云南边境村民公共文化建设供给差异,从中找出了影响这种差异的各种因素,并分析了因素与文化供给差异的关联程度,最后找出影响云南边境地区农村公共文化供给差异的主体因素,进而围绕云南边境地区农村公共文化建设特点供给提供建设性意见,以推动其公共文化服务均等的目标。

With the rapid economic and social development, the construction and development of public culture and protection of the farmers＇ cultural rights are the long-term tasks and objectives of China from now on. The government is always the core in the construction of public cultural service system, and should carry out overall planning and process guidance for the overall work. This paper first analyzes the differences of public cultural construction supply of the border villagers in Yunnan, and finds out the factors that affect this difference.And then it analyzes the correlation degree between factors and cultural supply differences. Finally, it finds out the main factors affecting the supply difference of rural public culture in Yunnan border areas. The constructive suggestions for the characteristics of rural public cultural construction in Yunnan border region are provided to promote its public cultural service equalization goal.
