非开挖技术在河南省中原城市群的适应性研究

摘要 在积极应对全球气候变化的今天,积极开发利用绿色节能技术,建设低碳城市是重要举措。在"一带一路"的新形势下,河南省面临着新的发展机遇,积极推动中原城市群经济发展。做为油气消费大省,油气输送的管网与配套建设以及城市地下管网工程建设急需推广低碳环保的绿色技术,以解决传统开挖施工技术带来的对交通的影响及噪声、环境污染等影响。文章参考国内外非开挖技术的应用情况,结合河南省地区的现有非开挖政策环境、设备制造能力、专业技术能力等分析了非开挖技术在河南地区的推广应用的可行性。 Now, people actively respond to global climate change. So, actively developing and using green energy-saving technology and building low-carbon city is an important measure. In the new situation of "One Belt and One Road", Henan Province actively promotes the economic development of city groups in Central China by the new development opportunities. As oil and gas consumption province, the oil and gas transportation pipeline, supporting construction and the city underground pipe network construction need the low-carbon environmental green technology to solve the traditional construction technology of excavation impact on traffic and noise and the impact of environmental pollution. Combined with the application of trenchless technology at home and abroad, the existing trenchless policy environment in Henan Province, equipment manufacturing capacity and professional and technical capabilities, the feasibility of non-excavation technology in Henan area is analyzed.
