摘要
市场经济环境下,企业文化与企业管理同时影响着电力企业的发展,伴随着改革的不断深入,电力企业面临着新的机遇和挑战,从积极应对市场竞争的角度分析,必须加强企业文化建设以及企业管理工作,构建良好的企业内部环境。本文主要针对电力企业文化建设以及企业管理的途径进行了简要分析,希望能够为电力企业的发展提供一些参考。
Under the market economy environment, enterprise culture and enterprise management affect the development of electric power enterprises. With the deepening of reform, power enterprises are faced with new opportunities and challenges. From the perspective of actively dealing with market competition, we must strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and enterprise management to build a good internal environment. This paper mainly analyzes the enterprise culture construction and enterprise management way of electric power enterprises to provide some reference for the development of electric power enterprises.
