浅谈SMC常温改性沥青及沥青混合料技术指标的控制 被引量:3

摘要 为了推动沥青路面施工向更加"节能、低碳、环保"的方向发展,甘肃省张掖公路管理局今年引进了SMC常温改性沥青技术。该技术可实现沥青混合料常温条件下拌合、摊铺、碾压。目前,SMC常温改性沥青混合料在四川、新疆等多个省市、不同气候条件的地区得到了成功应用,取得了良好的社会经济效益,涵盖高温干旱、高温多雨、低温冰冻等典型气候片区,填补了沥青路面冬季不宜施工的空白。本文结合自身所处河西走廊实际情况,将近年来沥青路面预防性养护中所逐步采用的SMC常温改性沥青及沥青混合料技术指标做简要阐述,为SMC常温改性沥青混合料的施工提供参考。 In order to promote the development of asphalt pavement construction to a certain direction of more energy saving, low carbon, and environmental protection, Zhangye Highway Bureau of Gansu Province introduced SMC modified asphalt technology at ambient temperature in this year. The technology can realize asphalt mixture material mixing, paving, rolling at ambient temperature. At present,SMC modified asphalt mixture at room temperature in Sichuan, Xinjiang and other provinces with different climatic conditions has been successfully applied, achieving good social and economic benefits, and in the area with high temperature and drought, high temperature and rainy, low temperature and freezing and typical climate, has filled the blank that asphalt pavement construction in winter is unfavorable.This paper combined with the actual situation of the Hexi Corridor, made a brief discussion on technical index of SMC modified asphalt and asphalt mixture at ambient temperature gradually used in the asphalt pavement preventive maintenance in recent years, and provided references to the construction of SMC modified asphalt mixture at room temperature.
