摘要
铁路客运专线施工中,在运架梁及防撞墙施工的同时如何简易、高效、安全地进行遮板的运输安装是施工过程中亟待解决的问题。为此,设计自制小型随车吊及简易移动悬臂遮板吊装机进行遮板的运输及安装,大大缩短了工期,提高了工效,减轻了劳动强度。
In the construction of railway passenger dedicated line, while the transportation beam and anti-collision wall are constructed, how to simply, efficiently and safely take the cover plate transportation and installation is the problem to be solved in the construction. Therefor, the design of self-made small truck crane and a simple moving cantilever cover plate hoisting machine for the installation and transport of the cover plate, greatly shortens the construction period, improves work efficiency, and reduces labor intensity.
