海南琼中抽水蓄能电站尾水主洞生产性固结灌浆试验研究

摘要 海南琼中抽水蓄能电站开挖尾水主洞时,遇断层、岩脉、岩体风化影响,围岩稳定性差,规模较大的断层多,断层破碎带胶结差,影响带岩体较破碎,在洞壁与其它方向的结构面组合形成可能失稳的楔形体,且构造部位的涌水量较大,洞室存在可能失稳的随机楔形体。为此,开展生产性试验,了解工程区围岩灌浆特性,检验洞室衬砌段固结灌浆措施的有效性;通过试验选择适宜的钻孔施工设备或机具、施工方法和施工控制措施;以获得合适的灌浆程序、高效的灌浆工艺以及合理的灌浆参数。结果表明,本次生产性固结灌浆试验的技术参数是合理的,施工工艺是可行的,渗透性吕荣值满足设计要求。 During the excavation of the tailrace main tunnel of Hainan Qiongzhong pumped-storage power station, affected by faults,dykes and rock mass weathering, the surrounding rock stability is poor, there are many large scale faults, fault broken zone has poor cementing, a possible instability wedge is formed in the wall and the other direction of the structural plane, and the gushing water of the structural site is large. Therefore productive tests are carried out to understand the surrounding rock grouting characteristics of the project area, and test the effectiveness of grouting measures for lining section of tunnel. Appropriate drilling equipment or tools, construction methods and construction control measures are selected, to obtain suitable grouting procedure, efficient grouting process and reasonable grouting parameters. The results show that the technical parameters of the productive consolidation grouting test are reasonable, the construction technology is feasible and the permeability Lv Rong value meets the design requirements.
